Moreover, no changes or upgrading in the chosen program will be honored after departure since it may entails extra charges for the  services rendered and unutilized.

There are many issues related to insurance for which we cannot be held responsible. So, we highly recommend, you arrange insurance cover for emergency medical expenses and  personal accident before departure.  Please note that there are exclusions to coverage which you need to be familiar with the coverage purchased. 

Should you have any special requests, you must advise us and we will endeavor to pass any reasonable requests to the Service Provider; however, we regret that we cannot guarantee that your special request will be fulfilled. Failure to meet any special request does not signify a breach of contract on our part.

Please  remember, air flight departure times  are for guidance and  are  subject to change by service provider.  Hence, you must check your itinerary on each stage of the completion of the booking to ensure that you have the correct flight times.
